Internal Logistics Specialist

THE ROLE New Guards Group is seeking an Internal Logistics Specialist to join our team and support our logistics operations.
WHAT YOU'LL DO As an Internal Logistics Specialist, you will assist the Logistic management team with various logistics and supply chain tasks, including: Managing internal logistics operations to ensure efficient material flow and sample management.
Collaborating with other departments to support schedules and delivery timelines.
Implementing and maintaining logistics processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
Management and support of activities related to events, such as fashion shows, sell campaigns, and shoots; with possibility to travel.
Be in charge of all the movements related to the Samples that you'll receive from the other departments, both outbound and inbound.
WHO YOU ARE At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in logistics or supply chain management.
A degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Knowledge of the basic customs documentation and operations.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Proficient in using logistics software and Excel.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong commitment to maintaining operational efficiency and professionalism.
