**TURATI**
Our new office in Via Turati is a strategic hub, and home to all of the NGG staff functions. Turati is where the behind the scenes driving force of NGG is brought to life; this is harmonized with the archive exhibits of brand collaborations found throughout the office.
**THE ROLE**
New Guards Group is seeking an Internal Logistics Intern to join our team and support our logistics operations.
**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
- As an Internal Logistics Intern, you will assist the Logistic management team with various logistics and supply chain tasks, including:
- Monitor internal logistics operations to ensure efficient material flow and sample management.
- Collaborate with other departments to support schedules and delivery timelines.
- Implementing and maintaining logistics processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Management and support of activities related to events, such as fashion show, sell campaign and shooting; with possibility to travel.
- Be in charge of all the movements related to the Samples that you'll receive from the other departments, both outbound and inbound
**WHO YOU ARE**
- A degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A previous experience in a similar role is a plus, preferably in logistics or supply chain management.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Proficient in using logistics software and Excel.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong commitment to maintaining operational efficiency and professionalism.
