The profile will join the FENDI WW Internal Control team, reporting to the WW Internal control Manager, and will have a specific focus on the continuous monitoring of FENDI supply chain, in line with Regulatory, Maison and Group requirements.
The role will be responsible for safeguarding FENDI through Risk Management and Coordination of Audit activities, to ensure that FENDI value chain complies with sustainability and social responsibility requirements in a dynamic, evolving environment.
The position is based in Rome.
Job responsibilities: Defines audit practices, adapting to rising market and business risks and ensures critical risk-based approach to the auditing process.
Manages selection, management and supervision of the external Audit Firms, including coordination of audit activities and scope definition for special audits.
Reviews the risk assessment and defines an independent and dynamic audit plan, in coordination with audit providers and other Sister Brands.
Participates in most significant audit on site Ensures a critical analysis of audit results and a proactive coordination of subsequent actions Establishes Continuous exchange with Industrial Divisions and other Sister Brands Ensure timely and accurate reporting to the Group, though the dedicated tool (Allegro) Develops an internal reporting tool, granting a continuous update to internal stakeholders on main risks and audit results Coordinates internal periodic reports.
Other responsibilities Initiates a systematic monitoring of sensitive indirect suppliers Evaluates the adequacy of the WW FENDI procurement process though recurring audits, recommendations and systematic follow up.
Profile: Minimum of 5 years of relevant expertise in audit procedures and methodologies, with specific reference to ESG audits Bachelor's degree.
Economics or Management preferred Experience in an audit firm is a preferred requirement.
English fluency is mandatory, French will be a plus Proficiency in data analysis, analytics and statistical tools (excel, analytics), presentations (PowerPoint) Fast-learner with professional skepticism, and entrepreneurship attitude Strong communication skills and ability to interact with different level of the organization Teamworking attitude, but also able to work as individual contributors Availability to travel (mainly but not limited to Italy) up to 20% of the time LVMH is committed to non-discrimination and respect of each person's singularities.
