Internal Communications & Engagement Specialist (Temporary Contract):
JOB MISSION
The mission of this role will be to act as a facilitator for the Company to guarantee the implementation of internal communications and engagement of all Davines'employees at the worldwide level, with sustainability at the core.
DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work in synergy with our stakeholders with the aim to strengthen our purpose-driven storytelling
- Be responsible for updating and maintaining tools that support the delivery of communications activities, including calendars and templates at the global level (HQ + subsidiaries)
- Help monitor the Group's internal platforms and their analytics
- Supporting the development of internal communication projects and organizational announcements
- Supporting the implementation of internal communications strategy
- Have regular interactions with other corporate functions HR, Sustainability, R&I..), and brands in daily comms-related activity
- Work with the teams to prepare assets to support the delivery of strategic internal communications - including newsletters, presentations, videos, infographics.
- Manage the global corporate LinkedIn account (editorial plan) and support employees' advocacy program.
PERSON SPECIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Communication or Humanities
- 2+ years' experience working in Internal Communications for a global organization
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Italian
- Attention to detail with good creativity coupled with execution excellence
- A strong team player, comfortable working collaboratively, virtually, and independently in a fast-paced and agile environment
- The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Very strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering the highest quality output
- The ability to be flexible to changing needs and assignments, effectively prioritizing workload
