Internal Communication Specialist (8122)

We are looking for an **Internal Communication Specialist** to join the Internal Communication team in our Headquarters in Piombino Dese (PD), directly reporting to the head of the function.
- Develop communication materials in different formats (written communications, visuals communications and installations, presentation materials..);
- Assist in writing and editing engaging contents to globally promote main targets of the company through internal communication channels such as internal magazine and app;
- Assist in executing internal communication campaigns;
- Monitor the effectiveness of internal communication channels and tools;
- Operational support in organizing internal events.
**Qualifications**
- Proven ability to execute communication plans;
- Strong writing skills both in English and Italian;
- Project management basic skills;
- Problem solving attitude towards result delivery;
- Ability to adapt to an evolving and changing scenario and to manage stress and tight deadlines;
- Emotional intelligence and effective communication, creative mindset;
- Basic knowledge on data analysis, events management, graphics.
