Internal Communication Internship

For this exciting position, you will be included in the Department of Internal Communication.
You will support the team in the creation and distribution of internal communications (news, emails, videos, kits...) on physical and digital channels, in Italian and English.
You will collaborate with various internal functions to identify communication needs and to design and plan initiatives based on them.
Moreover, you will have the opportunity to contribute to editorial planning, asset publication processes on the intranet and monitoring the effectiveness of internal campaigns.
Required profile: You will ideally be a recent graduate or Master student (eligible for internship) or in your final year in Communication or similar.
You will not only have a passion for automotive and innovative solutions, but also already gained first work experience through internships or projects that allow you to understand the business complexities and help you to develop your personal and communicative skills.
In Ferrari you must exhibit the capability to think analytically, target-oriented and structured.
You need to demonstrate strong communication skills (such as the ability to listen as well as in-depth reasoning).
You will be expected to work independently as well as integrate as part of a team.
We require attention to detail and awareness of the responsibility that comes with your role.

It goes without saying that you relish a challenge.
The effective completion of your daily tasks requires you to be a proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint Outlook).
Fluent English is required.
