The position will be part of the HR Department in Milan, where you will join a passionate team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level.
You will be working within the EDPM Talent Development team at Kraft Heinz, reporting into the LD Manager based in Milan.

As part of your daily tasks and projects you will support us in: Editing videos (for internal use) to promote events, trainings, and initiatives linked to our company culture and people development.
Creating newsletters and communications by means of our communication company tools.
Thinking along with us on how to bring to life projects such as Career Weeks for internal employees, diversity initiatives, leadership, and learning experiences.
You will develop videos, communications, presentations, logos, and visuals for each of these projects.
Working closely with the communication team to make sure to learn and produce materials that are aligned with our company guidelines.
