The Internal Communication team is part of the Communications & Brand Experience department.
The team manages internal contents and events to create awareness, engagement and enthusiasm and aims to make employees Brand ambassadors.
The team defines and manages: All internal communications related to business messages to ensure alignment, understanding and enthusiasm and support cultural change; All internal events and contents to celebrate "ING People" and ensure a high level of internal engagement; Internal corporate communication for CEO and Top Management.
The Internal Communication expert will report to the team lead and work together with the other team members to facilitate and spread internal culture and values inside the organization, at all level and in all departments.
He/she will be part of an international team, cooperating with colleagues from other countries and ING entities.
Key Responsibilities: Give support to the definition and the execution of the internal communication and engagement plan: Support executives and CEO communications with emails, video, speechwriting and presentations; Plan and organize internal engagement activities and internal events (Bank Town halls, Christmas parties, internal Hackathon, Board members visits, ...); Define communication approach and contents related to the projects she/he will manage using all internal touchpoints (intranet, email, video, ...); Support HR communications and initiatives from other departments to ensure proper communication on all internal touchpoints; Manage budget and monitor results through surveys of all the projects and activities she/ he will manage.
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing, Communication, Design; International studies to be considered as a plus.
Technical, Language and other Specialized Skills: Extensive knowledge of Office tools; Fluent English (C1 or above); Good knowledge of design tools; Experience to communicate with executives and business professionals; Able to work in team and manage stressful deadline; Creativity and story-telling ability; Familiarity with GenAI tools; Any experience on social media is a plus; Knowledge on economic and financial topics is a plus.
Work Experience: 4-5 years of experience Marketing/ Brand management or other communication departments; Previous experience in Content Provider, Telco, Food, Beverage, FMCG; Previous experiences in Communication Agencies to be considered as a plus; Proven track record of projects managed end-to-end.
