Description We are looking for an Internal Communications & ESG Specialist, in Cagliari As an Internal Communication and ESG Specialist, You will support in developing and executing the internal communications and ESG strategy for our organization.
You will be responsible for creating and delivering compelling content that engages employees and strengthens the company's culture, and improving our organization's performance in environmental, social, and governance dimensions.
You will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure all internal communication is clear, consistent, and aligned with the company's goals and values.
As Internal Communications & ESG Specialist you will :Develop and execute internal communication strategies across multiple channelsBuild and activate an employee engagement and wellness calendar with campaigns, events, education opportunities, and staff recognitionCreate and deliver internal communications content, including email updates, newsletters, intranet content, videos, and presentationsDevelop and maintain a content calendar to ensure that internal communications are timely and relevantCoordinate internal events and other initiatives to promote employee engagement and strengthen the company cultureDeveloping and implementing strategies to enhance environmental sustainability, social responsibility, and governance practices.Supporting the preparation of ESG reportsContributing to the development and communication of ESG policies and initiatives.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG considerations into business strategies and operations.Candidate profileStrong communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to interact with all levels of an organizationProficient use of Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
