**JOB PURPOSE**
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- In this role, you will:
- Create Contents and manage internal Communication campaigns.
- Support the management of the global Internal Communications plan, ensuring alignment with company priorities and the timely delivery of consistent messages.
- Plan and coordinate engagement campaigns and initiatives to promote company culture, values, and employee engagement, with a focus on inclusion and sustainability.
- Develop engaging, clear, and impactful messaging that resonates with diverse employee audiences across all levels of the organization.
- Execute the Employer Branding Group Strategy
- Craft and curate the Group employer branding message across channels.
- Develop and implement employer branding initiatives aimed at strengthening the company's image as an attractive employer.
- Create and implement social media strategies that engage prospective talent and foster brand loyalty among current employees.
- Build partnerships with universities, professional organizations, and industry groups to expand the company's talent pipeline and branding reach.
- Plan and participate in events, such as career fairs, campus recruiting events, and industry networking events, to strengthen the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS**
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong project and budget management skills, with an aptitude for problem-solving and organization.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content for a variety of audiences.
- Proactivity is a must, creative approach is also welcome.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
