**Purposes /responsibilities**:
The Technical Transfer Support Intern will be part of the Business Management Department and responsible for the effective and efficient support to the Technology Transfer Project Managers for the internal project related activities.
The intern is responsible for providing support to the TTPM according to agreed project timeline in order to optimize internal processes and flows.
The scope of the position covers three major areas: Technical Excellence, Relationship Management and Client Experience. This is done with the collaboration of others in the Tech Transfer organization.
**Specific assignments/primary activities**
Change Control
- Ensure that change controls are handled accordingly to project timelines
- Interact with all the internal functions involved and collect the relevant impacts.
**RDA and Material Management for Tech Transfer Projects**:
Initiate and monitor material purchasing process and provide continuous updates regarding materials delivery
**Documentation**:
Support in generate key documentation including the TT List, Gap Analysis that includes process design, Technology Transfer Plan, Technology Transfer Report.
**Internal Support and Client Relations**
Provide support (where needed) to manufacturing activities
Ensure cGMP is applied in work area and aligns with cGMP in all areas of the relevant business, as required.

**Requirements and qualifications**
**Education**:
- Completion of a Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent (depending on country) in a scientific/pharmaceutical area (FCT, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology) or in engineering.
**Technical skills**
Pharmaceutical techniques and production
**Professional Experience**:
- Typically requires 0-2 years of previous related experience and a general knowledge of Pharmaceutical industry.
- Equivalent combinations of education, training, and relevant work experience may be considered.
- Experience with sterile manufacturing is preferred
