Primary job responsibilities Conducting in-depth industry research, market analysis, and competitive benchmarkingShaping the design of quantitative and qualitative (e.g., workshops, interviews) market research to deliver on project objectives and support the team in finding relevant insights on customers' preferences and brand performances.Gathering and analyzing information and data from a wide variety of quantitative and qualitative sources and highlighting clear and actionable takeawaysElaborating strategic concepts and brand strategies together with the project team and senior team members and presenting them clearlyEnsuring that regular communication occurs within the team (e.g., ensures that any insight/finding is timely and effectively transferred to team members)Collaborating with Growth and Design & Experience teams ensuring effective task completionQualifications and experience Bachelor's / Master's degree in a related field of study (Marketing, Management, Statistics)Fluency in Italian and EnglishPersonal and professional skills Passionate about brand strategy, market research and analyticsExcellent in elaborating quantitative analysisAble to think strategically and creativelyUnderstands business strategyGreat knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power PointPassionate about working with people and complexity.Ability to work independently, also as part of an international teamEager to learn and able to share his/her own perspectiveCommunication skills in both written and verbal formsDelivers to excellence and good attention to detailSelf-starter, who is pro-active and can work effectively under pressureOpen-minded and can bring a fresh perspective to a problemExcellent time management and organizational skills
