Navigating ResponsibilitiesReal estate appraisals applying the main international valuation methods (MCA, Cost Approach, Income Approach).Cadastral, urban planning, building construction and administration.Analysis of Business Plan and Bill of Quantities in real estate developments.The Ideal CandidatePursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or ArchitectureMaster in Real Estate Investment & Management or equivalent (optional)Specific registration at a professional association and/or Member of RICS /TEGoVA (optional)Fluency in English and ItalianTech-Savvy: Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.Knowledge and use of CAD software (AutoCAD, ArchiCAD or equivalent)Driving licenseAbout KrollJoin the global leader in risk and financial advisory solutions—Kroll.
