Intern, Project Monitoring

We're looking for an Intern, Project Monitoring who will join the Building Consulting Unit.
Day-to-day responsibilities: Performing Project Monitoring and Construction Cost Control, Due Diligence activities.
Inspecting the construction site, analyzing the construction documents and permissions, ensuring compliance with construction procedures, and interviewing clients, including face-to-face meetings, to gather pertinent data and information.
Reporting and presenting technical analyses and conclusions including written reports and technical data processing.
Essential traits: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering, or a Master's in Real Estate.
Interest in Real Estate Construction.
Fluent in English.
Technical Skills: Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Adobe, BIM.
Ability to work in a team, problem-solving skills, focus on targets, and the ability to build strong relationships and promote collaboration.
