Job Summary As an HR Intern you will play an important role in supporting the Human Resources department's daily operations.
Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks related to document management, process optimization, and employee support.
The HRS Intern will work with internal & external customers, business leaders and will be responsible of the timely delivery of the high-quality customer service in line with company processes and policies.
Duties and responsabilities Scanning and digitizing employee documents.
Organizing and arranging documents within the digital HR database.
Printing and allocating physical documents into the respective employee's file.
e.g., verification letters, Visa invitation letters, reference letters Administration of local T&A tools, review, and update of clock-in/clock-out; prepare reports, manage leaves (medical, holidays, vacation) Answering to employees queries and directs them to the right channel if needed Comply with all required policies & local labor law Qualification and skills Currently pursuing University degree, or graduated one in Business Adminsitration, Human Resources or related field Experience in project during University, volountary activities etc are a plus Experience working for Multinational company is an advantage Fluent in English and local required language Good in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint 2007) Orientation to customer – passion for enhancing customer experience Good communication (written and spoken) and active listening skills Ability to work under pressure with limited supervision for routine tasks by following instructions and applying company policies and procedures.
