If you're eager to kickstart your career in Sales and Marketing within a leading FMCG company, this is your chance!About the Team/DepartmentJoin our vibrant Customer Marketing Team, where you'll ensure top-notch execution of marketing programs for iconic brands like Glade, Duck, Mr Muscle, Pronto, Kiwi, Autan, and Raid.
You'll collaborate with local Sales and Category management teams to identify customer priorities and insights, and align with the Regional Marketing team in Switzerland on strategic direction and assets.Responsibilities:You'll support the Marketing Team and learn to:Manage Market Data Reporting: Develop, interpret, and analyze reports focusing on major KPIs.Produce Monthly Tracking Tools: Maintain tracking tools and newsletters.Collect Data: Gather qualitative and quantitative data to support strategies and decisions, gaining visibility up to the Managing Director level.Develop Competitive Understanding: Conduct SWOT analysis, in-store research, and Nielsen analysis.Prepare Sales Materials: Collect and prepare data, presentations, and props for sales meetings.Support E-commerce Marketing: Provide marketing assets and innovative solutions for e-commerce.Activate In-store Plans: Support cross-category in-store activation plans.Assist with Logistics and Translations: Help brand managers with logistic data, product artworks, and translations.Cross-functional Projects: Assist with various projects as needed.Experience You'll Bring:Education: BSc or MSc in Economics, Business Administration or similar.Experience: Previous experience in an FMCG company is a plus but not mandatory.Languages: Fluent in Italian and English.Behaviors You'll Need:Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and curiosity to solve problems.Creativity: Think outside the box and communicate your ideas.Communication Skills: Strong communication skills for interacting with various departments.Proactivity: Take responsibility and ownership of your work.Eligibility: Legally eligible to work in Italy.This role isn't eligible for international relocation.What's in it for You?Based in Arese, Milan, we offer reimbursement and smart working options.
