About the job:
We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Business Process Analyst with strong skills in business process mapping and business process reengineering. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes to enhance efficiency and productivity. This role involves collaborating with various departments to identify areas for improvement, developing solutions, and implementing changes that align with the company's strategic goals.
Your responsibilities:
· Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement;
· Develop process maps, flowcharts, and documentation to illustrate current and future state processes;
· Collect and analyze data to evaluate the performance of business processes;
· Develop metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of new and existing processes;
· Support in the implementation and maintenance of ISO certifications;
· Lead and manage process improvement projects from inception to completion;
· Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in process management;
· Provide training and support to employees on new processes and tools;
Your skills, experience, and qualifications:
· Ms Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or an equivalent degree;
· A minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a consulting firms or in a IT company in business process analysis, process improvement, or a related role;
· Experience with process modeling tools and software;
· Strong process and/or project management skills;
· Detail-oriented, organized and able to prioritize;
· Strong sense of urgency with a demonstrated record of meeting commitments despite pressure;
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
· Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package;
· Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Italian;
· Willing to travel;
· EU Work Permit;
