Interiors Design Manager - Rolling Stock Products

Azienda Company manufacturer offering a wide range of products and services to the railway operators.
Job Description Manage the Interiors Design team in line with the Company needs



* Lead the Interiors Design in coordination with all the other design department teams



* Execution of the interiors development and integration design for specific Projects and Tenders,



meeting the budget quality and schedule target



* Identify and train the new engineers of the interiors system design team



* Coordinate all internal and external activities and resources related to Interiors development



* Implement and follow the V cycle procedure in the project activities



* Technical interface to the Industrialization team



* Support the technical Bid Manager in tender Preparation for technical and costing (Design) Competenze ed esperienza * Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering



* Industrial background, Senior/Expert in Interiors design for Railways or similar "motive" Business



(Aerospace, Ships, BUS & Automotive can be evaluated too) - 5 to 10 years minimum



* Proven experience in full scale projects



* Interiors Design Expert



* Fluent English and Italian language



* Good knowledge of 3D & 2D Design tools (PTC Creo preferred)



* Good knowledge of Railway Standard and European Norms



* Systems Integration knowledge



* People management
