Interior Designer

We are looking for a motivated and proactive person as Interior Designer to join our team in Milan.The RoleThe Interior Designer will join the Interior Design Department, cooperating with other departments such as graphics, architecture, and styling if requested.Main Responsibilities and DutiesShare and develop the interior design vision of the studio;Participate in the development of the design and the project with input from the project manager in charge;Develop drawings, models, images, materials, mood boards, and other documents relating to the design;Liaise where appropriate with members of the external design team and other associated organizations and companies;Seek continuing professional development to keep abreast of current design trends.The Successful CandidateThe successful candidate should have at least 3-4 years of experience and possess the following characteristics:Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture;Good understanding of and affinity with the studio's design approach;Good knowledge of English and Italian;Excellent knowledge of software packages, Adobe Suite, and MS Office;Good knowledge of Archicad;Communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills;Previous experience in architectural and interior design projects;Ability to understand and formulate design intents;Ability to integrate interior design requirements with architecture;Experience in detailed design;Keen to embrace change quickly;Positive attitude;Ability to work in a team;Willingness to travel (max 15%).What we OfferHighly formative and challenging experience.Possibility of working on international projects.A pleasant and collaborative working environment.
