Interim Project Manager - Partita Iva

Primary company working in the renewable energy sector is looking for the figure of**:INTERIM PM **(fixed contract - partita iva)
The PM Backoffice is next to the PM the central contact person for the involved project parties and supports the project lead and teams in administrative works.
This administrative work includes the organisation of project team meetings, creation of meeting minutes, tracking of open tasks, creation and management of project documents and forms, and the preparations of requirement requests to trigger project-related purchase orders.
In close collaboration with the PM, the Backoffice takes care of the project-related communication with suppliers and customers and is the PM's deputy once he is not available.
Furthermore, the Backoffice supports the PM in the creation of project schedules and their updating, in reporting related tasks, the processing of customer reports, the creation of status reports and the creation and maintenance of deviations in the Non-Conformity system.
- Completed technical or economic studies
- Ideally first professional experience in project management
- Very good knowledge of Italian and English in word and script
- Competent with MS-Office, SAP and other planning tools
- Quick comprehension of complex tasks and profound technical understanding
- 2 years' experience in working within the wind industry or related sectors (e.g.
renewable energies, OEM)
- Several years of professional experience in assistance and office organisation
