**Summary**:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented HR Systems expert to join our team on a project basis for six months. This role is will focus on setting up best in class processes and systems in Workday and support the People Partner team.
**About the Role**:
**Major accountabilities**:
- Data Check Support: Assist the People Partner in conducting data checks for their population to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Facilitate Team Collaboration: Regularly create and manage spaces for the People Partner Team and PS&T/Rewards (H2R, Payroll, OM) to discuss and address system issues at the country level.
- Report Management: Export and meticulously check recurrent reports on behalf of the People Partner Team. This includes monthly reports and data checks required by ESG(Environmental, Social and Governance), as well as KPIs set by local law to demonstrate gender equity in HR practices.
- One Novartis Service (ONS) Content Migration: Support the People Partner and PS&T teams in accelerating the migration of ONS content, specifically by adding local content as needed.
**Work Experience**:
- Experience in HR roles
- Consolidated experience in data & analytics related to HR metrics and KPIs
- Previous experience in system implementation in Workday
- Process Excellence skills
- Fluent English and Italian
