Trade Spend tracking, accruals monitoring.
Monitor the sales organization's compliance with required standards and assure the correct budget allocation following international standards Develop and coordinate sales controlling reporting activities and ensure integrity and completeness of the data.
Monitor and plan of Sales costs.
Steer the sales cost administration (accounting and control) and manage customer issues Works closely with others and other Henkel departments to provide the best customer experience Daily support to National Account Managers and District Managers Support management and sales force with ad hoc sales controlling analysis and reporting activities, and ensure integrity and completeness of the data Maintain and improve the master data management YOUR SKILLS Graduate/Master Degree in economic field or similar Analytical skills Knowledge of P&L and accounting principles Knowledge of English and Italian language is necessary Very good command of Excel and MS Office is required Willingness to work in a team and by objectives Interpersonal and communication skills Open to changes and innovation: inclination to learn and to develop new systems and Methods to improve the performance of the department Curious, self-driven, proactive and goal-oriented team player with excellent collaboration and organizational skills Availability for 6-month internship At Henkel, we come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
