NoOffer DescriptionThe increase in life expectancy and the consequent need to maintain the autonomy of the elderly person, guaranteeing quality of life and social interaction, poses important challenges for the healthcare system and society.
The integration of intelligent technologies into the urban structures in which the elderly person lives represents a solution to satisfy this need.
In order to promote the creation of an area within the urban structures dedicated to the elderly population, the AmICA proposal intends to act in different contexts, indoors and outdoors, in which to experiment the integration of "intelligent" user-centered products and services to support active aging through social, health, and first emergency care services, as well as services useful for socialization.
