We are looking for an Integration, Verification and Validation Management to join our headquarters at Sant'Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting hierarchically to the Head of Electrics & Electronics. You will be responsible for the integration, verification and validation processes of your system. You will create the IVV concept, IVV plan and IVV report for your system. You will coordinate the IVV activities inside your system to agree with the targets set by the IVV manager level 1 and steer and monitor the activities on level 3.
Ensuring that level 2 requirements for their system can be verified/validated based in close cooperation with the Requirements & Architecture management (Support the creation of V&V criteria for level 2 requirements) Ensuring that the architecture concepts (FLP-functional, Logical, Physical architecture) for their system can be integrated in the boundaries of the vehicle project in close cooperation with the Requirements & Architecture management level 2 Coordinating the synchronization of overall planning of level 3 IVV activities of SETS under their system in close cooperation with the relevant TSEs Responsible for level 2 system engineering activities concerning their system Taking part in alignment meetings on level 2 to support the definition of the level 2 plan for the development IVV preparation
Creation of a synchronized IVV concept (methods and tools): Synchronization, monitoring and approval of the IVV activities of the SETS below their system Creation of a synchronized IVV planning (time schedule, configuration and targets). Ensuring the coherence and consistency of virtual and physical integration plans as well as the verification and validation plans at level 2 Ensure that the expected IVV targets (product maturity) are matching with project milestones IVV implementation
Monitoring the process of the integration steps of SETS under their system Monitoring and steering the interaction of the virtual and the physical construction stages Accountable for development of the technical content for each integration step and review of the required maturity levels, including eventual limitations Accountable for problem management for the system (KPM-TE) and support the functions in developing a solution proposal and Escalation of criticalities in the IVV process IVV documentation and review
Documentation of the integration results (results of the integration tests, GV and VR plans) in the integration report Documentation of the V&V results in the test analysis and evaluation report (handover document) as a prerequisite for approval Creation of a maturity status report on the system, including properties and functions, based on the V&V results (eg. status for drive events) Recommendation for granting the system release of level 2 system in their scope System responsible Definition, planning, approval, control, responsibility and tracking of all R&D related goals and topics for the responsible system (technical status of the whole system including components, software and functions) Tracking and reporting on the fulfilment of the defined and PEP-MS requirements as part of project maturity management Monitoring and control of target achievement for its system and functional scopes via maturity and escalation management Control of the development of the assigned systems/system elements and functional scopes (E2E) About you University degree in engineering disciplines Master in mechatronics/automotive development as plus At least 5 years' experience in overall development project At least 2 years' experience in automotive companies, Group experience as plus Knowledge about different domains (hardware, software, mechanics) and their interconnection Creation of IVV documentation Fully proficient in English, German as a plus but not mandatory Competence to plan the overall integration activities inside the boundaries of the project and considering the individual restrictions of lower-level developments Competence to align with the project management and stakeholders regarding IVV activities Competence to predict the impact of possible problems regarding IVV activities Competence to chose correct verification and validation methods Technical leadership of the team Planning skills Problem solving skills Ability to synthesize, effective communication Proactive and flexible Self-motivated Self-confidence Team working What we offer Flexible working Holistic Well-Being program Parenthood program Specific job posting for internal employees Access to qualified Learning paths Development programs
