We seek a talented candidate who will focus on the post-merger integration of new businesses within the CEO Office.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:The CEO Office plays a key role in turning the vision of TeamSystem Group into reality.The Team supports the CEO, Stakeholders and Business Units in detailing and executing the strategy of TeamSystem and takes responsibility for leading and executing high impact strategic initiatives, in partnership with MA Department and Business Unit General Management.The Integration Manager will work on TeamSystem international integration strategy and will guide projects and initiatives related to the post-merger integration of the most relevant acquisitions done by TeamSystem; the Integration Manager will also be responsible for supporting the Top Management in setting the budget and in monitoring the performance of the acquired companies and supporting the new business in achieving their growth through specific projects and integration initiatives.The integration projects will be cross-functional and will give the Integration Manager the opportunity to interact with many Business Units and Functions within TeamSystem and to have frequent exposure to the Top Management, in addition to managing the relationship with the acquired companies and their entrepreneurs/founders.DESIRED SKILLS:Strong leadership and influencing skills, with emphasis on achieving results and managing autonomously the interactions and relationships with the acquired companies' entrepreneurs and with TeamSystem Management; strong collaboration and team working skills.Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and workstreams, and to guide complex projects with multiple stakeholders; ability to prioritize multiple deliverables to meet deadlines; goal-oriented approach.Ability to work in a structured way, setting clear goals and monitoring results; ability to organize activities/tasks and to guide initiatives involving multi-functional teams with many colleagues.Ability to work in a fast changing environment and attitude in driving change across the acquired companies.Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, to resolve complex situations and to find alternative and practical solutions; strategic minded.Strong quantitative skills, including modeling and use of Excel.Strong written and verbal communication skills, including PowerPoint presentations; ability to lead/coordinate meetings with multiple participants/interactions.REQUIREMENTS:5-6 years of experience as a Consultant in Strategy and Management Consulting Firms.Alternatively, we also value experienced PMs coming from a career in Corporate organizations, with 5-6 years of experience in Strategy, Transformation, Business Development, MA or integration of acquired businesses, familiar with working in a large organization (e.g., working cross-functionally/departmentally) and in fast changing environments.Flexibility in traveling for work (mainly in France).MSc in Economics or Engineering.Proficient knowledge of Italian, English and French.WHO WE ARE, WHAT WE OFFER:TeamSystem is the result of over 40 years of history, skills, innovation and passion for enterprises and professionals and yes…We're a Software House.We are one of Europe's most dynamic operators in the sector.
