For a leading and international Insurance Company i'm looking for a Insurance Strategy Consultant .
The candidate will be responsible for:
Identifying opportunities and levers to achieve operational expense optimization and cost savings
Collecting and analyzing business data to support decision-making.
Designing and implementing global initiatives, also leveraging on central competences and Group best practices
Monitoring and overseeing the implementation of local and Group-wide projects/ initiatives
Successfully engaging across the organization, and driving workstreams with minimal supervision
Leveraging and guiding internal business units in approaches to problem-solving, communication, modeling, ...
Leading cross function and cross geography teams to secure implementation of initiatives
Collaborating with executive team members at Group and local BU levels to determine and prioritize strategic initiatives
Assisting in the development of presentation materials for board meetings and executive
Requirements:
Degree in fields such as Economics and Engineering
Strong learning agility and problem-solving skills, with strong quantitative background
2+ years of experience in operations in the Financial Services industry or experience in top tier consultancy firms
Italian and Fluent English are minimum requirements, additional languages (e.g., French, German) will be considered a plus
Self-starter with ability to work with minimal supervision and with ownership and accountability for project deliverables
Track record in managing multiple stakeholders in international contexts
