About the role We are currently looking for a talented candidate in Finance Department as Insurance Specialist – Maternity Leave Replacement.
Main Tasks: insurance underwriting topics connected to insurance: collection of information, documents and questionnaire; claims management and settlement in the best interest of Ferrero; liaise with key relevant functions for claims management such as procurement department, quality department, manufacturing department, sales department and supply chain department; liaise with brokers; be a business partner to review potential insurance impacts of new projects; preparation and analysis of reports on claims; management of ad-hoc queries from the business related to insurance topics; support to relevant functions such as procurement department, supply chain department and marketing and sales department in the application of relevant Ferrero procedures related to the management of insurance topics. Who we are looking for At least 2- 3 years of experience in similar roles (Insurance specialist, legal counsel with responsibilities on insurance topics, claims specialist, broking specialist, insurance account executive) Problem-solving, flexibility, results driven and teamwork skills Organizational skills and management of deadlines Ability to gain an understanding of business processes and to identify risks/opportunities Accuracy is considered mandatory for the role Good communication and relational skills Languages High fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken) IT Skills MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word) Knowledge of SAP is considered as a plus How to be successful in the role and at Ferrero Consumers, quality and care are at the heart of everything we do.
