Insurance Consultant - [Consulting]

Job Description:DXC Technology Italy is looking for an Insurance Consultant to be part of DXC Consulting team.In Consulting we are partnering with all the DXC capabilities to co-create innovative solutions and to improve our customers and employees experiences, design and implement differentiated products and services, smart processes, and efficient technology platforms.We turn our client's complexities into value, through agile governance programs and change management frameworks.As Consultant you will be responsible for initiatives that will involve the key stakeholders and related functions of Insurance and Bank insurance Companies.Responsibilities:Support data drive transformation projects, liaising directly with the customer's C-suite.Participate in the design of new operational and service models to drive medium-term change of insurance playersEnsure that programs and projects consistently follow the structured Project Management framework and tools.Support the development of innovative business solutions in the insurance market (Insurtech, Bankassurance)As a part of the team, manage and deliver waterfall or agile projects often in international contexts, with different complexity, domain, and technologyWe Require:Solid knowledge of Insurance sector and tech trend, almost 2-4 year of professional of professional working experience in consulting firm or insurance companies.Good understanding of process for the creation of business requirements for the technical implementation in regards with transformation projectsKnowledge of main Insurance package, tools, regulation and competitionKnowledge of the agile approach and methodologySolid Relationship skills and positioning with middle management (communication and presentation skills)Management consulting skills (presentation skills, consisting of the production of deliverables, project plan management, organizational and planning skills)Excellent knowledge of business EnglishExcellent knowledge of Excel, Power Point, WordThe ideal candidate has relational and analytical skills, with constant focus on the goals, team-working ability.Work Location: Milan (MI) with remote work possibility#LI-Hybrid
