Position Summary
The Insurance Claims Associate (Automotive) will have an active role in supporting the Business Operations department regarding the insurance of our fleet. His/ her primary responsibility will be to coordinate the process of our new vehicle insurance, communicate with customers to serve their needs in various matters, and perform administrative tasks.
Requirements
Assist with clients' (insurance) requests and with the claims process
Provide customer support regarding fleet insurance and accidents, having always in mind to build rapport with our customer base
Coordinate the car ledger process by importing and tracking all necessary documentation
Coordinate the fleet insurance process by communicating with all stakeholders (customers, workshops, insurance companies, etc.)
Assist meetings to evaluate and expand our insurance partnerships
Track insurance payments in combination with the finance team
Perform administrative tasks including maintaining customer insurance records, partnership invoices, etc.
Your profile
1-2 years of professional experience in insurance or business operations
BSc/BA and/or Master's in Economics, Business Administration or another related field from a top tier University in Rome and beyond
Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate a number of tasks with a wide range of stakeholders in a hyper-growth environment
Trustworthy and dependable personality with a strong work ethic and aptitude in problem-solving
Excellent command of the Italian/ English language (both written and spoken)
Computer literacy
Ideally you are an automotive enthusiast!
