INFUSE is seeking an Instructional Designer with expertise in storytelling and writing to join our Global L&D team. This role involves collaborating with fellow IDs, L&D team members, and SMEs to create comprehensive online learning experiences and proactively identify and design learning solutions aligned with business objectives. This role is project-based, and there is potential for this position to evolve into a permanent role, providing ample opportunities for career advancement within the team.
What we are looking for in our ideal candidate: 3+ years' experience in designing online learning experiences tailored for adult learnersExcellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models (be able to explain how you would use them in your work)Strong structuring, analytical skills, and excellent attention to detailAbility to distinguish between primary and secondary details, simplifying complex informationHands-on experience as a team member, collaborating closely with subject matter experts to develop online learning experiencesExperience working in a cross-functional teamProficient project management skills, including task planning, multitasking, and timely delivery of resultsAbility to work proactively in an ambitious, fast-growing, and dynamic environment and be OK with adapting to changeExceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skillsWhat you can expect to do on the job: Design corporate learning experiences to improve onboarding, performance, and the growth of employees aligned with the company's vision and valuesCreate a vision for educational products that solve business problems/needs and implement itCollaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the course encompasses the necessary information for learners to excel in their rolesCreate engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and creates an engaging culture of learningCreate supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, case-based learning, scenarios, games, etc)Be creative and seek solutions outside generally used practicesKeep project documentation and courses folders organizedVoice out concerns to the team leadsPotential for advancement into a permanent position with opportunities for career growth within the teamEmbark on this professional journey with us!
