**Key Responsibilities**
Drive measurable improvements in student English and Language Arts outcomes through AI-driven analysis and implementation, as demonstrated by a 2x acceleration in skill mastery across various domains (reading, writing, grammar, literature analysis) and grade levels, all within our innovative 2 Hour Learning model.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Literature, Linguistics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience teaching English/Language Arts or developing ELA curriculum, with demonstrable impact on learning outcomes
