col-wideJob Description:Main activitiesDefine objectives and develop programs and actions to strengthen the relationship with all external stakeholders, with particular reference to local authorities and other representatives in the areaEstablish collaborations and agreements that allow the development of new projects (implementation of new activities, permits, etc.) and management of the entire life cycle of the investmentManage interactions with public decision makers, in relation to legislative developments (new regulations or need to adapt existing ones)Provide support to all internal functions also in relation to the evolution of the regulatory framework and facilitate contacts with public decision makersManage company protocols relating to institutional relations and eventsOrganize events and activities in coordination with the marketing and communications team and represent the company in association activities, PR, etc.Maintain an updated knowledge of the international geopolitical context and the current political and social situation in Italy and Europe, with particular reference to the sports and health sectorCollaborate with all company areas for activities that concern them (marketing and communications, real estate development, legal, etc.)RequirementsFundamentals/Must havesDegree in Economics, Law, Political Science or similar disciplinesMany years of consolidated experience in institutional relations roles aimed at Public Administration (local or regional)Knowledge of stakeholders and legislative environmentsKnowledge of local legislation regarding labor (relations with third parties) and the environmentGood knowledge of the English languageResidence in Northern Italy (preferably Milan), availability to travel regularly to Italy and occasionally to other European countriesStrong negotiation and influencing skillsCommunication and social skillsProactive approach, autonomy and ability to make decisionsAbility to work in a teamPreferential/Nice to havePrevious experience in the fitness industryExperience in managing public-private collaboration projectsExperience in managing institutional relations at an international levelExperience in developing new initiatives and opening new marketsGood knowledge of the Spanish languageCompensation PackagePermanent contract at managerial level, with remuneration linked to actual skills, supplemented by bonuses and benefits.
