The Inside Sales Specialist communicates with customers to understand their needs and generate new leads.
Duties and responsibilities: Developing new sales opportunities using outbound cold emails, cold calls and lead follow-ups Communicating with customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities Answering customers' questions, resolving their concerns and providing additional information via calls and emails Explaining and demonstrating the functions and features of products and services Maintaining and improving the database of prospects Researching for new leads Keeping up to date with product and service information and competitor offers Upselling products and services Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails Understand customer needs and requirements Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest Maintain and expand your database of prospects within assigned territory Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals Perform effective online demos to prospects Qualifications: Proven inside sales experience (1-3 years) Track record of over-achieving quota Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM Excellent verbal and written communications skills Strong listening and presentation skills Fluent in English Italian Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively #J-18808-Ljbffr
