Inside Sales & Sales Support

Scope This person is located in the office and supports the sales team to connect with suppliers, get the best prices, and submit offers to customers.
Responsibilities Maintain a good relationship with new and existing customers. Create new customer portfolios and improve the existing clientele. Support and organize customer visits for the sales team. Find suppliers and communicate with them regarding customer needs to ensure the best service. Conduct good relations with suppliers and customers. Answer shipping orders and offer required pricing. Follow PSA BDP internal procedures when preparing offers. Prioritize keeping profit high during sales and aim to collect in the quickest way possible. Prepare sales and marketing-related reports as requested by management. Fix about 15+ appointments per week. Obtain feedback from customers and assist in solving their problems. Prevent actions against economic damage related to customer-oriented situations. Commit to PSA BDP's internal procedures in filing documents. Participate in department meetings and related training. Act in compliance with Quality Management System requirements. Follow the "Information Assurance" requirements in all actions and ensure direct reports obey all requirements related to Information Assurance. Qualifications / Experience: - Minimum of 2 years of business experience in sales support or telemarketing in a freight forwarding company.
- Fluent in English – written and verbal communication; other languages are an advantage.
- Computer Skills: Outstanding Microsoft Office Package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
