We are currently seeking an enthusiastic & motivated Inside Sales Representative Apprentice to join our dynamic Sales Team based at our office in Modena. The apprenticeship will be for 3 years, where you will be given excellent on-the-job training and support from some of the best in the industry. Whilst an interest in electronics would be an advantage, you will be provided with the technical product knowledge and industry expertise to allow you to succeed in the role.

What You'll Do:
Deliver solutions or find new opportunities for a positive customer experience utilizing independent judgment and sales methodology. Initiate and answer sales inquiries directly from/to prospective and/or existing customers to promote product offerings, services, and capabilities. Promptly and accurately respond to prospective or existing customer information requests. Monitor/follow up on sales activities throughout the process to meet or exceed customer requirements from initial contact to order fulfilment. Maintain and expand sales with existing accounts through a high level of customer service and customer knowledge (e.g., Distribution Total Available Market (DTAM), projects in pipeline, critical start dates). Working in a team environment, proactively coordinate sales efforts and strategies with internal resources such as product, materials, field sales, and suppliers. Effectively communicate with customers regarding current product information and provide accurate and detailed pricing, quotes, and input on products and solutions. Coordinate existing customer requirements for inventories, delivery lead time, and unit prices. Other duties as assigned. What We're Looking For:
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with English language proficiency B2 level and above. Impressive organisation and prioritisation skills. Outstanding problem-solving expertise. The ability to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external customers. Ability to provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
