What You Can Expect End-to-end ownership by inside sales for all sales tasks beyond lead generation and qualification, including but not limited to representing a specific product area, deciding where to involve technical sales expertise, opportunity hand-offs with other account roles, and maintaining long-term responsibility of the account
Your Background You have:
Knowledge and skills Commercial, customer and results orientation, with an account management mindset and ability to build long-term relationships over time Excellent communication, oral and written skills Capacity for multitasking and passion to continuously learn Familiarity with digital channels and management of standard computer tools from a remote sales channel Positive assessment of (i) experience in customer care and sales, especially in remote channels; (ii) complementary training in sales techniques, customer care, business skills, social selling and social networks Preferred: Knowledge related to medical devices Travel Expectations EOE/M/F/Vet/Disability
