Job Summary We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Inside Sales Rep to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in generating new business opportunities by proactively identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential customers. You will be responsible for executing inbound and outbound sales campaigns, managing personal pipelines, and collaborating with the sales team to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, and social selling, to identify and qualify potential customers.Achieve daily and weekly quotas for calls, emails, and meetings booked.Utilize CRM (Salesforce) and sales enablement tools (SalesLoft, FrontSpin, Outreach, Orum) to manage sales activities and pipeline effectively.Leverage prospecting tools (Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Cognism) to build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.Utilize call recording tools (SalesLoft, Gong, Coach360) to improve sales performance and coaching.Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in Salesforce.Manage the sales pipeline effectively, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely reporting.Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and customer satisfaction.Qualifications Extremely process-oriented and meticulous with follow-ups.Fast-paced, dynamic, and entrepreneurial company.Excellent people skills, including the ability to build relationships, find customer pain points, apply solution selling actions, perform networking, and understand customer buying paths.Good administrative skills including planning and time management to execute within parameters.Update CRM with the latest status on leads and customer opportunities.Risk forecasting and reporting – general adherence to internal deadlines.Proficiency in MS Office and other business tools to communicate and/or present professionally to customers.Great communication skills – verbal and written, ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
