Inside Sales Assistant (M/F/D)

Your missionFor the Italian office, we are looking for an Inside Sales Assistant as soon as possible.
Manage commercial processes in the technical sales of components and systems.Serve as the central point of contact for our customers with your expertise and personality.Create customer offers and place orders in the system, considering availability and customer requirements, while maintaining close contact with our procurement team.Collaborate closely with technical sales, suppliers, and partners.Support the sales team with customer acquisition measures, sales optimization, and follow-up activities. Your profileProfessional experience in inside sales, ideally with a technical focus.High school certification.Strong communication skills, social competence, and enjoy working in a team.Dynamic, customer-oriented personality comfortable working in a goal-oriented environment.Structured and independent working style.Proficiency in ERP and CRM systems as well as MS Office.Excellent Italian and English skills, both written and spoken.
