Position SnapshotLocal Business Unit – SanpellegrinoMinimum 2 years of cross-functional experience in project management; marketing experience will be a plus.Degree in a relevant field.Experience in project management is needed, gained through participation in IR projects will be a plus.Fluent in English Italian (C1).Location: Assago (Milano).Nestlé welcomes people with disabilities.Position SummarySupport the leading of I/R projects for local brands, primarily Levissima and Sanbitter, following the innovation gate stage principles.Co-lead medium and low complexity projects.A Day in the Life of an Innovation SpecialistProject management: Co-Lead medium and low complexity innovation and renovation projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams.Support in building market research and competitive analysis to identify gaps and opportunities.Lead the management of the innovation track tools for the Business Unit, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.Ensure flawless execution of IR projects by coordinating operational tasks across all functions in all the innovation steps, such as data analysis, support in brief construction for consumer tests, coordination of RD function for recipe development, tastings organization, sample shipments, etc.Monitor and evaluate the progress and impact of innovation initiatives in terms of sell-out data.Present innovative ideas to senior management and stakeholders.What will make you successful?Experience in establishing an effective innovation framework.Proven track record of success in innovation and renovation projects.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Problem-solving skills and the courage to tackle challenges.Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present confidently.Open to a culture of creativity, experimentation, and idea sharing.Open to a continuous learning and improvement approach.
