WHAT YOU'LL DO You will join BCG's Milan office, where you will support a local MDP (Managing Director and Partner) and the team in researching and writing about the latest trends in Risk Tech, AI, fintech, and emerging technologies.
You will gather data, analyze new trends in the industry, and help communicate research findings.
Your work will involve creating clear, insightful content, conducting detailed research, and contributing to the promotion of innovative solutions.
YOU'RE GOOD AT Assisting in the development and writing of content, articles, and research related to Risk Tech and Analytics; Conducting in-depth research on emerging topics, innovations, and new technologies in the fintech and RegTech sectors; Supporting the communication and promotion of innovative solutions and research findings; Engaging with a wide and diverse range of stakeholders to gather relevant data and insights for research purposes; Demonstrating critical thinking to identify innovative solutions and approaches to problem-solving.
The support will be focused on the activities listed above, but not limited to them.
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS) Strong interest for innovation, AI, data, fintech, and RegTech with an ongoing or completed educational path related to these fields; Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Italian and English (C1); Good proficiency with MS Office; Curiosity and proactive attitude towards exploring new topics and technologies, showing brilliant problem solving skills; Willingness to work in an international team at a fast pace; Ability to conduct detailed research and synthesize complex information; Sensitivity to market needs, exploration, and dynamics; Capability to work independently and collaboratively with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
