What you'll do: You will join the team of Innovation & Platform and in particular in the business/management Online, reporting directly to Online Innovation & Platform Associate Manager.
You will have the opportunity to be involved in Projects and Digital Platform Management, in particular, you will have: Responsibility for Sisal's online platforms, definition of digital product roadmaps and delivery strategy, with the aim of building an ecosystem that fosters and stimulates the growth of online business.
Management of the backlog of internally or externally developed platforms.
Coordination and monitoring of the progress of the project phases on the project plan.
Evolution of the services offered by the online channel, in collaboration with the business lines in the respective countries of competence, managing innovation flows aimed at introducing new technological solutions that accelerate the evolution of online business.
Engagement of all key stakeholders (business and IT; national and international, and external suppliers) necessary for the definition of new product capabilities and their development.
Analysis of daily business issues, review with the team and possible bridging to the technical teams.
Who you are: You have at least 1-2 years of experience in similar roles (online project manager, product owner, platform specialist...), you are a highly motivated person with good experience in the management of business systems and platforms and complex projects for their evolution, with a propensity for innovation and a good business vision, and a strong passion for online business.
You have a degree in Economics, Engineering, or similar.
You have excellent knowledge of Office suite (Power Point, Excel), waterfall and Agile methodologies, of how to use data and metrics to evaluate the progress of a project and identify areas for improvement.
Ability to measure and understand the benefits that platforms and projects are bringing to the business; understanding of digital technologies.
You are proficient in English and Italian, both spoken and written.
You are interested in the world of enterprise and B2C online platforms and applications and to work with both Business and IT technical teams.
You know how to work towards objectives.
You have good communication and stakeholder management skills: you are able to manage expectations and solving problems proactively; you have the ability to interface and coordinate the resources needed for the project, ability to plan and manage complex digital projects, taking into account budgets, time, and available resources.
Preferably, you also have: Previous experience in governance and delivery of medium to high complexity projects.
Basic knowledge of service management tools (e.g.
Jira, Service Now).
