Experis Executive looking for an
**Innovation Director.
**
Innovation Director is responsible for driving innovation within their organization.
He/She works with a variety of different teams and departments to identify new opportunities, generate ideas, and implement new processes or products.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Developing new product lines, processes, or services to ensure the company's continued growth
- Communicating with stakeholders about project updates and next steps
- Managing teams of designers, architects, programmers, engineers, and other professionals involved in projects
- Developing and managing budgets for projects and departments, including hiring staff as needed
- Creating a vision for future projects based on research and data analysis of competitors' offerings and market trends
- Meeting regularly with clients to discuss progress on projects, offer feedback, and resolve any issues
- Reviewing competitors' products to identify opportunities for new products or improvements to existing ones
- Managing the development of new products and services, including working with designers and engineers on prototypes
- Monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for the company
**Experience**:
- bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or business.
Master's degree in business administration (MBA).
- minimum of 10 years of experience in a related role in a variety of industries, including technology, manufacturing, finance, retail or healthcare.
Back ground as innovation manager, business analyst or business developer.
**Skills required**:
- develop new ideas and strategies for the company.
May use creativity to develop new products, improve existing products or develop new ways to market products.
Improve company's processes and procedures.
- excellent communication skills to convey ideas to team, stakeholders and clients.
- guide their teams and motivate them to innovate.
Leadership skills include providing direction, creating a positive work environment and encouraging the team to try new ideas.
- Innovation directors need to be strategic thinkers who can develop plans and strategies for their organization's innovation initiatives.
This involves considering the resources and time needed to implement an innovation, as well as the potential outcomes of the initiative.
He/she can use strategic thinking to develop plans for testing new ideas and evaluating the success of an innovation.
- Innovation directors need business acumen to understand the financial implications of their ideas.
He/she need to know how to present their ideas to executives and how to justify the costs of their projects.
They also need business acumen to understand the market and how to develop products
