We are looking for a Consultant who will aid in the expansion of our Business Innovation, Technology & Sustainability team, with a special focus on the Strategy and Organization field .
You will have the chance to work in a dynamic business and technology environment, driving new market trends in innovative areas.
Your Duties & Responsibilities: As part of the team, you will contribute with:
Defining, maintaining and ensuring project management standards across the organization Providing the right business solution through direct contact with the Clients Planning, designing and leading key group meetings Planning and coordinating the execution of action Gathering customer and/or business requirements and perform functional analysis Supporting the client in processes review or design , driving the functional requirements collection and definition Supporting the definition and collection of project concepts ensuring continuous alignment between the structures and functions involved Managing reporting for continuous monitoring of project initiatives and intercepting any critical issues in advance Contributing in the identification of the best technologies to be used for each of the projects that will be addressed Education & Experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree in the fields of economics, management or engineering At least 4/6 years of experience , gained in leading management consulting firms Previous experience in all the Organizational Development projects phases as is analysis and process mapping, to be proposals design, materials preparation to support the decision, tracking implementation Good knowledge of the Office package (especially Excel and PowerPoint) Willingness to travel on clients' sites based in Verona area Location: provincia di Verona, Veneto, mostly on-site
