Job Description SummaryThe Innovation Business Excellence and Project Manager is focused on exploring, developing, implementing, and evaluating digital innovation solutions that cater to customer needs.
Activities involve leading multiple projects across various creative and marketing channels, coordinating project plans throughout the design, development, and production stages for successful delivery within set KPIs.
Working collaboratively with brand and technical teams, provide assistance on product commercialization strategies, while utilizing analytics to optimize salesforce resource allocation and provide analytics support to internal customers at Novartis.Job DescriptionKey responsibilities:Planning and management, gather requirements to develop detailed project plans and task-level project estimates.
Proactively assist the company in identifying impending conflicts and resource gaps.Serve as an interface with global and local brand teams to plan projects and manage implementations.Leads and implements projects for regional and global teams, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality objectives.Ensures delivery of efficient and high-quality end results.Manages an efficient and high-quality team that promotes synergy and sharing of best practices among resources, drives collaboration with National Organisations in managing high standards of communication and delivery.Providing guidance on training requirements in relation to business processes.Takes the lead in standardising relationships between brands.Key Performance IndicatorsExplore, develop, implement, and evaluate digital innovation solutions that address customer needs.
Co-create with key stakeholders to build partnerships and collaborations.Lead the delivery of multiple projects across a variety of creative and marketing channels, including print and digital media.Develop and coordinate project plans across the design, development, and production stages of a project to support successful delivery within set KPIs.Work in collaboration with brand teams, technical teams, and all functions to maximize value.Provide consultancy, advice, and assistance on strategy for the commercialization of products and influence the marketing/sales operation team on decision making regarding sales force resource allocation in the most optimal ways, through the delivery of proven analytics-based projects.Provide analytical support to Novartis internal customers.Essential requirements:Master Degree.Strong experience in Project Management.Well-developed understanding of pharma market environment.Italian and English on a fluent level.Strong strategic and analytical skills.Why Novartis?
