EngagementDelivery–Responsiblefor deliveringcustomer facingAutomation Servicesengagements.SolutionDevelopment–continuouslyexplore anddevelopnew and innovative solutions and service offeringsfocused onIT process automation.Enablement–Providetechnicaltraining andAutomationserviceoffering enablement forDynatraceand Partner delivery resources.Pre-Sales–support customer facing sales calls deliveringtheoreticaland technicalsessionscovering our Cloud Automation solutions,offerings and concepts.Evangelism–evangelizes theCloud Automation solutions, service offerings, and customer stories through events and social media.
