This new generation of microprocessors will first target EuroHPC Joint Undertaking ecosystem, which is deploying world-class supercomputing infrastructures in Europe for solving major challenges in medical research, security, energy management and climate with a reduced environmental footprint.SiPearl is working in close collaboration with its 30 partners from the European Processor Initiative (EPI) consortium - leading names from the scientific community, supercomputing centres and industry - which are its stakeholders, future clients and end-users.SiPearl employs more than 190 people in France (Maisons-Laffitte, Grenoble, Massy, Sophia Antipolis), Germany (Duisburg) and Spain (Barcelona).About The RoleAs part of collaborative research team, the Innovation and Pre-Award Project Manager has the mission to develop the portfolio of research projects.You will be in charge of transforming the technical roadmap of the company into proposals by applying for national and European Funding programs and create the conditions for bringing new research projects by identifying programs and key partners and by federating internal RD teams.What a regular day at the job might look likeUnderstand the value chain and ecosystem in different domains relevant to the research strategy of SiPearlBuild a complete and sound knowledge on the programs and calls available at EU and national levels relevant to the global research strategy of SiPearlIdentify and participate to relevant EU and national innovation and research eventsAlong with the head of collaborative research programs, define calls of interests and priorities between the different calls of interestFor all the calls of interest, understand and ensure compliance with the rules in force, the timeline, the participant portal and all the specificities of the callsMaintain an annual plan of relevant calls available at EU and National levelsAttend networking events on the different programs for "match making"Identify and reach out to contacts to build valuable consortium of partnersCoordinate interactions within SiPearl to prepare proposal and define the scope, timeline, effort, budget, skills needed internally and the approach to cooperate with the partnersPrepare proposals with the support of SiPearl's stakeholders and in collaboration with involved partners under the responsibility of the project coordinatorAnalyze the feedback received on any submitted proposalManage DoA and more generally the submission-to-signature workflow on the participant portalPrepare the Grant Agreement and Consortium Agreement with SiPearl legal departmentPrepare smooth transition to Post-Award project teamMaintain the budget projections for the business plan and update the resource activity forecastDocument the processes and methodology for managing the proposals from the preparation to award decisionCreate and enrich a knowledge database to improve efficiency in preparing proposalsProvide regular reports and updates on calls funnel to SiPearl managementWhat would make you succeed in this roleMaster degree in science and ideally in computer science (or relevant field)5+ years of project management in international or multi-cultural context, including experience in facing public institutions, clients and diverse stakeholders from science, industrial, technical, political, academia domainsYou have a proven experience of working within a compliance framework with a strict respect of deadlinesYou can prioritize and multitask between projectsYou are proactive in building strong relationships with diverse stakeholders and foster cross functional collaborationYou can delegate while controlling qualityYou can embrace new challenges and act within ability for strategical thinkingYou have appetite for innovation and understanding new technologiesYou have excellent communication skills and are proficient in English, both written and spokenProficiency in Spanish or German would be highly appreciatedDear candidate, even if you consider you do not fulfill all the qualifications mentioned above, please still apply and share with us why you believe you would be a good fit.Recruitment processDiscovery interview with our Talent Acquisition Partner (30 min)AssessFirst personality test - no need to worry, there is no wrong or right answer;
