Position Overview Injection Account Manager - Campania, Puglia, and Basilicata

As an Injection Account Manager, you'll collaborate with diverse stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem, delivering innovative solutions that enhance patient outcomes.
This role offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships, shape healthcare advancements, and achieve your professional goals in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities Partner with key stakeholders across public and private healthcare sectors to achieve business objectives and drive patient-centered outcomes.Build trust with healthcare leaders (Clinicians and Nurses) and patient associations to create lasting partnerships.Lead the way in ensuring a smooth process ensuring alignment with Italian Procurement Code and Law from pre to post tender phases.Provide expert guidance and training to healthcare professionals, enabling them to adopt solutions that make a difference.Use your analytical skills to identify market opportunities and propose creative solutions to address unmet needs.Partner with your manager to develop and implement regional strategies that drive success.Gather field insights to help shape future initiatives, improve processes, and capture new opportunities.Education and Experience University degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent.Strong sales experience in biomedical environments, especially in public and private facilities with in-depth knowledge of products and solutions in the area of diabetes care.Strong negotiation skills.Experience managing complex public tenders and navigating procurement landscapes with good knowledge of the evolving dynamics of the NHS/Regional Health Service and Public Procurement processes and methods.Ability to build strong impactful relationships with key stakeholders.Ability to understand and address the needs of healthcare professionals and patients.You're proficient in English, and additional language skills are always a plus.Ambition and drive to excel while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.embecta is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
