The ideal candidate will have at least three years of relevant experience in project management relating to quality assurance and production in the photovoltaic field. This position requires a commitment to excellence in the implementation and management of quality standards throughout the construction process of photovoltaic projects.
As anIngeniero Fotovoltaico en Obra, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and ensure that all quality requirements are met during the execution of photovoltaic projects. This role involves regular collaboration with project managers, site engineers, and construction teams to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee quality control processes for photovoltaic projects from inception to completion.
Develop and implement quality assurance plans and procedures in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of the construction processes to ensure compliance with the predetermined quality criteria.
Analyze construction documents and project specifications to identify quality-related aspects and mitigate risks.
Act as a point of contact for quality-related issues, providing solutions and recommendations to resolve any potential problems.
Collaborate closely with project teams to implement corrective actions and enhance operational efficiency.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations regarding quality performance, including monitoring metrics and KPIs.
Inspect equipment, materials, and workmanship for quality conformity and adherence to project specifications.
Participate in quality meetings and training sessions to promote awareness and improve the knowledge of quality standards among team members.
Maintain documentation related to quality control activities, including quality reports, audit findings, and inspection records.
Support the development of training materials and programs related to quality control processes and best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, specifically in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum of three years of experience in quality management within the renewable energy sector, with a strong focus on photovoltaic projects.
Proven experience in conducting audits, inspections, and assessments of quality processes.
Familiarity with relevant international quality standards and regulations applicable to photovoltaic installations.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to assess complex situations and develop actionable plans.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Language Requirements
Proficiency in Italian and English is essential for this role.
Knowledge of Italian is highly desirable, as the position may involve communication with Italian-speaking partners and stakeholders.
