Randstad Italia Inhouse Services is currently recruiting an engineer to take a role in designing and verifying Space Systems Tests and Platform Test Engineer,
for an aerospace client based in Rome.

Candidate shall assume an active function on developing and performing tests and designing and procuring test benches.

Tasks:
Execution of Power Subsystem tests

Execution of Avionic Subsystem tests

Execution of RF tests on TT&C Subsystem

Analysis, modeling and simulation of test benches functions and performances

Definition of validation and test methods

Development of AIT Test Software and Procedures

Supervision of test campaigns and analysis of results

Requirements
Master degree in Electronic or equivalent

Good knowledge of English in writing and speaking

Availability to work in double or triple shifts

Availability to work during bank holidays seasons

Availability to work on weekends

Availability to work abroad for long periods

Also required is knowledge in the following areas:
Knowledge/Experience on main protocol/standards as CCSDS, ITU, ECSS, PUS and so on

Knowledge about AIM 1553 boards and KVASER PN/EAN 73-30130-00683-6

Technical experience about write/understanding of the Platform Test Requirements of a Satellite

Technical experience about technical procurement on Platform units

Technical experiences about test execution at Platform level or alternatively on Spacecraft level

Technical experience on Platform EGSE elements and development on Spacecraft simulator

Knowledge of MATLAB, C++, Python, Java, Linux

Knowledge of the major functionalities of Avionics Subsystem Sensors and Actuators

Knowledge of the major functionalities of Electrical Power Subsystem equipment

Knowledge of the operating principles on Telecommunication Sub-systems

Knowledge and experience in the use of measurement instrumentations (Oscilloscope, Power Meter, Spectrum Analyzer)
