Amentum is seeking a talented Information Technology (IT) Specialist to provide customer and technology support in a wide array of IT customer support functions supporting FDRMC in Naples, Italy.
These functions will include analyzing digital evidence and investigating computer security incidents to derive useful information supporting application/system/network vulnerability mitigation.Essential Responsibilities: Interface with internal functional teams and external customers for planning, prioritizing, and issue resolution of overall activities in the support and achievement of customer goals.
Interact with and advise customers by applying specific program knowledge and/or subject matter expertise in the execution of routine and non-routine tasks.
Perform actions to prioritize portfolio investments, architect and engineer, acquire, implement, evaluate, and dispose of IT and services.
Analyze information resources management and storage, transmission, and display of data and information.
Provide expert decision-making in the assessment of situations complicated by insufficient data in a wide variety of IT specialty areas.
Analyze commercial software, evaluate PC integration into the total IT concept, and evaluate equipment failure.
Provide technical expertise in the areas of personal computer/network interfacing, and user assistance.
Minimum Requirements Two (2) years of job-related experience Must be able to comply and maintain qualifications in DoDM 8140.03 Cyber Workforce Qualification as well as Department of Navy policies.
Excellent communication and analytical skills required Must have an active secret US government clearance and the ability to obtain a Common Access Card.
Note: US citizenship is required to maintain a secret clearance.
